<br />DCB:rks <br />DCB:rks <br /> <br />3/15/84 <br />3/26/84R <br /> <br />hydrant, to the satisfaction of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall remove all existing curb, <br /> <br />gutter and sidewalk materials and replace the same <br /> <br />to accommodate the combining of an existing <br /> <br />driveway with the new driveway, for a total width <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />107 <br /> <br />feet <br /> <br />(measured <br /> <br />top-of-flare <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />top-of-flare) <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />sole <br /> <br />expense <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />applicant, and performed to the satisfaction of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />(d) Plans and specifications shall be submitted to the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works for the relocation of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />fire hydrant <br /> <br />and driveway modifications <br /> <br />conforming to the requirements of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works. <br /> <br />(e) If the traffic pattern or sequence of use of the <br /> <br />subject driveway by the owner of the property <br /> <br />served thereby causes inadequate ingress and <br /> <br />egress to and from other properties fronting on <br /> <br />Kliklok Way, the Director of Public Works may <br /> <br />require said owner to comply with a traffic <br /> <br />management plan, prepared by said owner to the <br /> <br />satisfaction of the Director, to insure reasonable <br /> <br />access to all properties so fronting on Kliklok <br /> <br />Way. <br /> <br />4 <br />
