<br />DCB:rks 3/01/84 <br /> <br />ORfGI NAL <br /> <br />MAR 5 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9530 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (CORDILLERAS <br />HEIGHTS UNIT NO.3) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS <br />CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 9525, adopted February 13, 1984, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service <br /> <br />easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described public <br /> <br />service easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public service easement is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />easement vacated. <br /> <br />2. The public service easement vacated is described on the <br /> <br />plat attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br /> <br />entitled "Plat of Easement to be Abandoned - Cordilleras Heights <br /> <br />Unit No.3" marked "Exhibit A", and is more particularly <br /> <br />9 53 0 <br />
