EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services are to be provided to City by <br />Contractor under this Agreement: <br />AGREEMENT FOR SURVEYING/BASE MAP PREPARATION SERVICES, <br />MACLEOD AND ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR 2006-2007 WATERMAIN <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT. <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Surveying/Engineering Base Map <br />Services for 2006-2007 Watermain Replacement Project within the <br />Redwood City Service Area" dated January 18, 2007, ("Proposal") is <br />attached to this Exhibit A and is incorporated by this reference.
