7A <br />Page 91 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. That the General Plan is hereby amended to change the General Plan <br />designation of the real properfiies generally located within the Down#own Precise Plan <br />area, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A," which is incorporated herein by this <br />reference, from the following existing uses, including but not limited to, "Mixed Uses" <br />(Commercial and Residential); "Multi-Story Structures for Office and Retail Uses;" <br />"Moderate and High Rise Residential Structures;" "Government;" and "Office Park <br />Oriented Uses" to "Downtown Mixed Use" and "Downtown Mixed Use Expansion <br />Blocks." <br />3. That the General Plan is hereby amended to include that language <br />implementing two new [and use designations of "Downtown Mixed Use" and "Downtown <br />Mixed Use Expansion Blocks," as contained in the attached Exhibit "B," which is <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />4.
