Add <br />the following text in this section to address airport-related safety <br />concerns: <br />California Government Code Section 65302.3 states that a local agency <br />general plan and! or any effected specific plan must be consistent with <br />the applicable airport/ land use compatibility criteria contained in the <br />relevant adopted airport land use plan (CLOP). The goals objectives, <br />policies and development criteria contained herein are consistent with <br />the applicable airport/ land use compatibility criteria contained in the San <br />Mateo County Comprehensive Airport Land Use Plan December 1996, <br />as amended, for San Carlos Airport <br />All of the Precise Plan area is located within the current airport influence <br />area {AIA) boundary for San Carlos Airport (Area A and Area B). <br />Therefore all new subdivided land far sale or lease in the planning area, <br />since the effective date of the sta#ute is subject to the real estate <br />disclosure requirements specified in Chapter 496, Statutes 2002. <br />Future development in the Precise Plan area that is contained within <br />the San Carlos Airport influence Area (AiA) B shall comply with all <br />relevant FAA standards and criteria for safety. reaarding flashing lights, <br />reflective ma#erial land uses which may attract large concentrations of <br />birds HVAC exhaust vents and uses which may generate electrical or <br />electronic interference with aircraft communications andlor <br />instrumentation. <br />
