0 R I G I N A L 12/8/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13260 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> WAGE PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF POLICE OFFICER AND <br /> POLICE OFFICER TRAINEE; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 13019 AND ANY ALL AMENDMENT PERTAINING <br /> THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Effective with the first pay period beginning on or after September <br />1, 1997, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates <br />thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br />within the employment classifications of Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee <br />as set forth in Exhibit A for the designated steps thereof for the period <br />September 1, 1997 to and including August 31, 1999. <br /> <br /> 2. Employees granted part-time appointments to positions in the <br />employment classifications of Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee as set <br />forth in Exhibit A shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with <br />the salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for the period therein designated. <br /> <br /> 3. Resolution No. 13019 entitled, "Resolution Establishing a Salary <br />Schedule and Wage Plan for the Positions of Police Officer and Police Officer <br />Trainee; and Rescinding Resolution No. 12245 and Any and All Amendments <br />Pertaining Thereto", adopted February 24, 1997, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> Reso-336 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 11/19/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
