0 R I G I N A L 12/8/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13259 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALIFORNIA STATE OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO <br /> PURCHASE 188 MICROSOFT OFFICE '97 PROFESSIONAL <br /> UPGRADE ADVANTAGE LICENSES AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> '1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br />Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br />request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br />Contract No. DGS-4023B, on behalf of the City of Redwood City, certain <br />materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: 188 Microsoft Office '97 Professional <br />Upgrade Advantage licenses (software) conforming to specifications of the <br />Finance Department, IT Division of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
