ORIGINAL 12/1/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13255 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH THE REDWOOD CITY-SAN MATEO <br /> COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RELATING TO THE <br /> GENERAL PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL <br /> INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the Redwood City- <br />San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Redwood City", <br />relating to the general promotion and development of local industry and <br />commerce in the City of Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-319 <br />DES:djk <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br />10/22/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
