0 R I G I N A L 11/17/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13252 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE REGIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION/OPERATION <br /> PROGRAM FOR THE DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> INTERCONNECT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Regional Traffic Signalization/ <br />Operation Program for the Downtown Traffic Signal Interconnection Project in <br />the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Regional Traffic Signalization/Operation Program - Downtown Traffic Signal <br />Interconnect Project City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development Services/Engineering and Construction, <br />a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, <br />Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
