(Area of Reservation) BASIS OF BEARINGS: THE BEARING North 35045'35" East of the northwesterly line of that portion of FINGER AVENUE as called out in the above description was based on a field survey performed in March, 1983, by the firm of Edward W. Baca, Licensed Land Surveyor (LS 3451), which survey used the bearing South 35053'15" West of the centerline of that portion of Finger Avenue shown on PARCEL MAP NO. 81-6 recorded March 10, 1982, in VolUme 52 of Parcel Maps at Page 52, San Mateo County Records, as its Basis of Bearings.
