<br />DES:djg-c 2/17/84 <br /> <br />to Proposed Sale of Certain Sanitary Sewerage Treatment Capacity <br />Rights (Diamond Shamrock Corporation Agreement) adopted December <br /> <br /> <br />15, 1980 by this Council is hereby rescinded; provided, however, <br /> <br /> <br />that said rescission shall, and does hereby, not affect or <br /> <br /> <br />otherwise abrogate payments made or other obligations accrued or <br /> <br />executed by the parties under the Diamond Shamrock/BAS Agreement <br /> <br />referenced in said Resolution; provided, further, that in no event <br /> <br /> <br />shall any Sanitary Sewerage Treatment Capacity Rights be deemed <br /> <br /> <br />conveyed, transferred, or otherwise allocated pursuant to the said <br /> <br />Diamond Shamrock/BAS Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />7.
