<br />SWC:djg-c 2/10/84 <br /> <br />specified, the amount of said security to be <br />Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Ninety-three <br />and No/100 Dollars ($19,193.00), and also <br />a good and sufficient security in a <br />form to be approved by the City Attorney <br />securing the payment by said owner or sub- <br />divider of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all <br />said improvement, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said <br />owner or subdivider, the amount of said security <br />to be Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Ninety-three <br />and No/100 Dollars ($19,193.00). <br /> <br />3. That, before the release of said final map by <br />City for recordation, the owner or subdivider <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk certificates or policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as <br />required by the abovementioned agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map No. 83-2 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Parcel Map No. 83-2 Subdivision," a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
