EXHIBIT "A" Proposed Street Vacation Finger Avenue, Redwood City SITUATED in the State of California, County of San Mateo, City of Redwood City, and described as follows: BEING a portion of FINGER AVENUE, (50.00 feet wide) as shown on that certain map entitled "FINGER PARK TRACT ADJOINING WELLESLEY PARK Redwood City, Cal.", filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on February 21, 1907, in Book "A" of Maps at Page 35 and copied into Book 4 of Maps at Page 55, said portion being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Lot 25 as shown on said map, being a point on the northwesterly line of aforesaid FINGER AVENUE; THENCE northeasterly from said POINT OF BEGINNING along last said line North 35045'35" East 34.94 feet to a point on said line at the beginning of a tangent curve to the right, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the area being described; THENCE continuing in a northeasterly direction, leaving last said line and along the arc of last said curve having a =adi~s of 110.00 feet, a central angle of 29003'54", an arc distance of 55.80 feet to a point; THENCE continuing northeasterly from last said point and tangent to last said curve, North 64049'29" East 9.19 feet to a point at the beginning of a tangent curve to the left; THENCE continuing northeasterly from last said point and along last said curve having a radius of 90.00 feet, a central angle of 02032'58", an arc distance of 4.01 feet to a point on the southwesterly line of Lot 23 and the general northwesterly line of FINGER AVENUE as shown on aforesaid map;
