DES:d~ 11/05/97 (065/42) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 11/17/97 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 13250 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOSSAMER <br /> ISLE, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br /> CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gossamer <br />Isle", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., a Delaware corporation <br />doing business as Ryland Homes Bay Area Division, the owner of <br />record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br />Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Gossamer Isle", (form dated 11/05/97) wherein <br /> Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by <br /> City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br /> <br />
