DES: d~k 11/05/97 (065/42) <br /> <br />Improvements", as well as the City's revised specifications <br />entitled "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", <br />adopted February 24, 1997, which plans and specifications are on <br />file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br />according to which the above- mentioned improvements shall be <br />constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Gossamer Isle", (form dated 11/05/97), a copy of which Agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
