MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />March 12, 2007 <br />nn~_ m_n~~ <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: March 13, 2007 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Engineering Department <br />SUBJECT: Final Acceptance -Redwood City Recycled Water Project - Phase I - <br />Redwood Shores Distribution System -Bid Package 2 (Marine Parkway, <br />Oracle Parkway, Twin Dolphin Drive, Shoreline Drive) Project. <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.2A (304) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 12, 2007. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and Mayor <br />Pierce <br />Absent: None <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br />M/S Aguirre/Ira to accept the Redwood City Recycled Water Project - Phase I - <br />Redwood Shores Distribution System -Bid Package 2 (Marine Parkway, Oracle <br />Parkway, Twin Dolphin Drive, Shoreline Drive) Project; authorize the release of bonds; <br />authorize the early release of 50% of the retention; and authorize the release of the <br />remaining 50% of the retention according to the terms of the contact which is 35 days <br />after Council accepts the project. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />. ,~ S . ~Q~. a ~ <br />Patricia S.
