0 R I G I N A L 11/17/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13248 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF VALOTA ESTATES, <br /> REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br /> APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br /> SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements <br /> <br />described therein) entitled, "Valota Estates", prepared by Carroll Engineering, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for Valota Road Partners, LTD., the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner' shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Valota <br /> Estates", (form dated 11/7/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said <br /> map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said <br /> Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of <br /> the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, <br /> and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said Agreement. <br /> <br /> b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br /> performance of said Owner of all work and construction of all improvements designated <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> Resolution - Valota Estates <br /> 11/7/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
