0 R I G I N A L 11/3/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13243 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR FIRE PROTECTION <br /> SERVICES FOR THE FIRE PROTECTION SUB-ZONE OF SAN <br /> MATEO COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 8 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the County of <br />San Mateo and the City of Redwood City for Fire Protection Services for the Fire <br />Protection Sub-Zone of San Mateo County Service Area No. 8 (a portion of the <br />unincorporated North Fair Oaks area)" (form dated 7/16/97), by and between the <br />County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of California and the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City: <br /> <br /> F:~shared\Redwood~Council\ 1 <br /> Reso-255 <br /> DES:djk <br /> 07/22/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
