1. This Council having considered the documentation referenced herein, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission and testimony received at the <br />above-mentioned public hearing, hereby designates the Alhambra of Redwood <br />City-Historical Theater and Ballroom, located at 831 Main Street, Redwood City, <br />California, as a historic landmark. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to notify the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Redwood City, the Historic Resources Advisory <br /> Committee and the Chief Building Official of the designation approved hereby, by <br /> <br /> transmitting a copy of this resolution to said entities and official within 90 days of <br />'the date of adoption hereof. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby further authorized and directed to submit a <br /> certified copy of this resolution to the County Recorder, County of San Mateo for <br /> recordation in accordance with the provisions of Public Resources Code Section <br /> 5029 and Redwood City Code Section 40.7.1. <br /> <br /> 4. Pursuant to the provisions of Public Resources Code Section 5029 <br /> and Redwood City Code Section 40.7.1, the following notice is hereby given: <br /> <br /> NOTICE <br /> <br /> This Resolution affects the hereinafter described real property, the <br /> ownership and designation of which is hereinafter specified: <br /> <br /> i.
