'1. This Council hereby approves the adoption of the PERS Plan for the <br />benefit of its employees. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled, "Employer Adoption Agreement", a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3.
