0 R I G I N A L 10/27/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13222 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A 10 <br /> FOOT WIDE UNDERGROUND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN <br /> MARINA PARK CENTER IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> PURSUANT TO PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, CALIFORNIA STREETS <br /> AND HIGHWAYS CODE; SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR <br /> HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO <br /> THE PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING POSTING OF <br /> NOTICE THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, that portion of a ten (10) foot wide underground public utility <br />easement located in Marina Park Center in the City of Redwood City, more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "B" hereof, which <br />Exhibits are attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is <br />unnecessary for present or prospective public use; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 <br />(commencing with §8300) of the Streets and Highways Code, the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City intends to vacate said portion of the aforesaid easement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby declares its intention to vacate a 10 foot wide <br /> underground public utility easement, comprised of all that real property located <br /> in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, California, more particularly <br /> described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, and hereby elects to proceed <br /> <br /> Reso-315 <br /> F:/shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 10/13/97 <br /> DES:djk <br /> <br /> <br />
