0 R I G I N A L 10/27/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13219 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR USE OF COMMUNITY RECREATION <br /> FACILITIES AS SHORT TERM TEMPORARY SHELTERS <br /> <br /> (AMERICAN RED CROSS BAY AREA CHAPTER) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "American Red Cross Bay Area <br />Statement of Understanding", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and the American Red Cross <br />Bay Area Chapter for use of the City's community recreation facilities as short <br />term temporary shelters under emergency circumstances, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-317 <br /> DES:djk <br /> RShared/Redwood/Coun cil <br /> 10/15/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
