ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13216 10/27/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES CENTER MAINTENANCE YARD WASH-RACK <br /> PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF BID SECURITY <br /> DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13157 adopted August 25, 1997, <br /> <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Municipal Services Center Maintenance <br /> <br />Yard Wash-Rack Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were received for <br /> <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Golden Bay Construction, Inc. of San Carlos, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept the bid of said bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Golden Bay Construction, Inc., in the amount of One <br />Hundred Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($102,000.00) computed in <br />accordance with said bidder's proposal dated September 17, 1997 for the <br />Municipal Services Center Maintenance Yard Wash-Rack Project, is hereby <br />accepted, and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br />Reso-314 <br />DES:djk <br />F :lShared/RedwoodlCouncil <br />10/07/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
