AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE <br />REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE REDWOOD CITY DOWNTOWN PRECISE <br />PLAN AREA, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM THE <br />EXISTING ZONING DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT <br />4. Adopt an ordinance approving the Downtown Precise Plan and selecting the <br />"Moderate Intensity Alternative" build-out standard with recommended <br />revisions. The moderate Intensity Alternative build-out standard will be <br />documented in an Appendix of the Downtown Precise Plan. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE REDWOOD CITY DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN AND THE <br />MODERATE INTENSITY ALTERNATIVE AS THE MOST APPROPRIATE MAXIMUM <br />ALLOWABLE DEVELOPMENT LIMITATION FOR THE DOWNTOWN PRECISE <br />PLAN <br />Pertinent attachments and revisions for all of these actions were included in the <br />previous staff report dated March 12, 2007. Please refer to those documents for <br />more information (available on line at www.redwoodcity.org). <br />B.
