AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE REDWOOD CITY DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN AREA, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM THE EXISTING ZONING DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT 4. Adopt an ordinance approving the Downtown Precise Plan and selecting the "Moderate Intensity Alternative" build-out standard with recommended revisions. The moderate Intensity Alternative build-out standard will be documented in an Appendix of the Downtown Precise Plan. For typical residential customers who have one 32-gallon container picked up once a week, the increase will amount to $1.82 per month.
