Revocations under this section shall be heard and appealed in the same manner <br />as any other sign-related decision. <br />Even after construction of a sign, a permit which authorized the sign may be <br />revoked as issued in error if the permit application contained material errors of fac# or <br />presented a false or misleading impression of the state and nature of the site, the sign <br />and/or the proposed sign structure. <br />Sec. 3,67 - 3.T0: RESERVED <br />DIVISION FOUR. PROHIBITED SIGNS <br />Sec. 3.71. GENERAL APPLICATION: No person shall instal! or maintain any of <br />the signs identified in this Division. Upon notice by the City, any prohibited sign shall be <br />immediately abated by the property owner or person responsible for the installation <br />and/or maintenance of the sign. <br />Sec. 3.72. PROHIBITED TYPES OF SIGNS: Unless expressly allowed by <br />another provision of this Article, no person shall install or maintain any of the following <br />signs at any location in the City: <br />A. Abandoned signs. <br />B. Animated signs. <br />C. Audible signs. With the exception of any sign that conveys information to <br />customers in vehicles at a legal drive-through facility. <br />D. Billboards. <br />E. Electronic message signs. <br />F. Home based occupation signs. <br />G. Inflatable signs <br />J. Signs resembling traffic-control devices. Any sign which by its color, <br />shape, location or other feature resembles or conflicts with the operation of any <br />official traffic-control device, sign or signal. <br />K. Sky signs. <br />Sec. 3.73.
