AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE <br />REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE REDWOOD CITY DOWNTOWN PRECISE <br />PLAN AREA, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM THE <br />EXISTING ZONING DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT <br />4. Adopt an ordinance approving the Downtown Precise Plan and selecting the <br />"Moderate Intensity Alternative" build-out standard with recommended <br />revisions.
