That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement" (form <br /> <br />dated December 9, 1983) by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />and Raiser Construction Co., Inc., for purchase and installation <br /> <br />of a Pre-engineered metal building with foundation, at a total <br /> <br /> <br />contract price of Seventy-two Thousand Dollars ($72,000), a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br /> <br />which agreement reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3.
