<br />SWC:rb <br />:.. ~ :rb <br /> <br />12/08/83 <br />12/l2/83R <br /> <br />9491 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />DEe 1 2 1983 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND RALPH <br />ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATING TO A MANAGEMENT <br />CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a Management <br /> <br />Classification and Compensation Study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Ralph <br /> <br />Anderson & Associates, Sacramento, California, to perform such <br /> <br />study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Anderson & Associates, Inc. has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all <br /> <br />of the abovementioned services as further described in the <br /> <br />proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Ralph Anderson & Associates, entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Management Classification and Compensation Study" (form dated <br /> <br />12/12/83R), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particu- <br /> <br />lars thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 119 1 <br />
