<br />SWC:djg-c 12/8/83 <br /> <br />considered the following: <br /> <br />(a) The demand of public for additional taxicab <br />service. <br /> <br />(b) The adequacy of the existing taxicab service. <br /> <br />(c) The effect which additional taxicab service may <br />have on traffic congestion and parking and <br />whether it will result in a greater hazard to <br />the public. <br /> <br />(d) The ability of the applicant to comply within <br />the operating requirements of Chapter 33 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. This Council having determined that the applicant, <br /> <br />peninsula Cab Leasing Co. Inc., has fully complied with all <br /> <br />necessary requirements of Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, hereby grants a Certificate of Public Convenience to <br /> <br />the aforesaid Peninsula Cab Leasing Co., Inc. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue to Peninsula <br /> <br />Cab Leasing Co. Inc. ten (10) permits for taxicab operation in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, upon payment of the permit fees established <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 9469, adopted November 7, 1983. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
