<br />SWC:rb 11/21/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 948 4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND HARRIS <br />& ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATING TO PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT Nav 28 1983 <br />STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a Pavement <br /> <br />Management Study for the Redwood City Street System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Harris & <br /> <br />Associates, Inc., Lafayette, California, to perform such study <br /> <br />which shall include, but not be limited to, inventory and <br /> <br />evaluation of city street system and development of a Pavement <br /> <br />Management and Maintenance Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Harris & Associates, Inc., has represented to the <br /> <br />City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of the <br /> <br />abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Harris & Associates, Inc., entitled "Agreement" (form <br /> <br />dated 11/21/83) a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9484 <br />
