<br />CGM:djg-c 11/9/83 <br /> <br />ORIG1Nt,L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9478 <br /> <br />NOV 1 4 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br />CITY OF SAN CARLOS FOR MO'I'ORCYCLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Carlos has requested that the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City maintain the City of San Carlos' police <br /> <br />motorcycles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />pursuant to which terms this City will provide motorcycle <br /> <br />maintenance services for the police department of the City of <br /> <br />San Carlos; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the City of San Carlos entitled "Agreement - Motorcycle <br /> <br />Maintenance Agreement," a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behal f of t.he Ci ty of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />,.,....." 1'1 <br />{ ;'''', <br />~ '"",/ <br />
