ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13210 9/22/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY FOR PROPOSED <br /> OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED ON REDWOOD SHORES <br /> PARKWAY <br /> <br /> (FEHR & PEERS ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a traffic impact study in <br />order to understand the traffic impacts of the proposed four story office building <br />at the eastern terminus of Redwood Shores Parkway in the City of Redwood City <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />transportation consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. of Lafayette, California, <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform <br /> <br />the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services Traffic Impact Study for Proposed Office Building Located on <br />Redwood Shores Parkway" (form dated 09/12/97), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Fehr & <br />Peers Associates, Inc., of Lafayette, California, for the performance of the <br /> <br />Reso-304 1 <br />G :~shared\redwood~council <br />DES:djk <br />09/12/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
