<br />CGM:rb 11/02/83 <br /> <br />discharge of sewage from not more than one single family <br /> <br />residential unit within said annexed territory into the Redwood <br /> <br />City sewer system subject to all those certain terms and <br /> <br />conditions set forth in that certain agreement dated March 18, <br /> <br />1958, by and between the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District and <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, and subject further to the condition <br /> <br />that a total of not more than one sewer connection shall be <br /> <br />allowed or permitted to serve said real property by the authority <br /> <br />having jurisdiction of such connection and that the applicable <br /> <br />sewer connection fee be paid. <br /> <br />2. The property for which consent to annex and discharge <br /> <br />sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given is all that <br /> <br />real property situate in the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br />California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Portion of Lot 1, Block 17, as designated on the map <br />entitled "OAK KNOLL MANOR, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO CO., <br />CAL.", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder <br />of the County of San Mateo, State of California on <br />May 10, 1916 in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly line of Canyon <br />Road, now Alameda De Las Pulgas, where it is intersected <br />by the line dividing Lots 1 and 2 in Block 17, as shown <br />on the map above mentioned; thence along said dividing <br />line North 440 31' East 277.60 feet to the Northeasterly <br />line of said Lot 1; thence along said Northeasterly line <br />South 450 29' East 50 feet; thence leaving said line and <br />running Southwesterly in a direct line 305.79 feet to a <br />point on the Northeasterly line of Canyon Road, now Alameda <br />De Las Pulgas, said point being distant Southeasterly along <br />said Northeasterly line 57.43 feet from the point of <br />beginning; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly <br />line of Canyon Road, now Alameda De Las Pulgas 57.43 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />2 <br />
