CGM:rb 11/02/83 discharge of sewage from not more than one single family residential unit within said annexed territory into the Redwood City sewer system subject to all those certain terms and conditions set forth in that certain agreement dated March 18, 1958, by and between the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District and the City of Redwood City, and subject further to the condition that a total of not more than one sewer connection shall be allowed or permitted to serve said real property by the authority having jurisdiction of such connection and that the applicable sewer connection fee be paid. 2. The property for which consent to annex and discharge sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given is all that real property situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Portion of Lot 1, Block 17, as designated on the map entitled "OAK KNOLL MANOR, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO CO., CAL.", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on May 10, 1916 in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly line of Canyon Road, now Alameda De Las Pulgas, where it is intersected by the line dividing Lots 1 and 2 in Block 17, as shown on the map above mentioned; thence along said dividing line North 440 31' East 277.60 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence along said Northeasterly line South 450 29' East 50 feet; thence leaving said line and running Southwesterly in a direct line 305.79 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of Canyon Road, now Alameda De Las Pulgas, said point being distant Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line 57.43 feet from the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line of Canyon Road, now Alameda De Las Pulgas 57.43 feet to the point of beginning. 2
