<br />~:djg-c <br />SWC:djg-c <br /> <br />10/28/83 <br />11/03/83R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9469 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 7 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR TAXICAB PERMITS AND <br />DRIVERS' PERMITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to amended Section 33.7 of the Redwood <br /> <br />City Code, effective November 23, 1983, the City Council is <br /> <br />authorized to establish a permit fee for the issuance of each <br /> <br />separate permit authorized by a certificate of public convenience <br /> <br />and necessity; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to amended Section 33.39 of the Redwood <br /> <br />City Code, effective November 23, 1983, the City Council is <br /> <br />authorized to establish a permit fee for the issuance of each <br /> <br />driver's permit approved by the Chief of Police; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. Pursuant to amended Section 33.7 of the Redwood City <br /> <br />Code, the fee for each permit issued pursuant to a certificate <br /> <br />of public convenience and necessity shall be $50.00 per year. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to amended Section 33.39 of the Redwood City <br /> <br />Code, the fee for each driver's permit issued by the Chief of <br /> <br />Police shall be $25.00. <br /> <br />3.
