<br />SWC:djg-c 8/19/83 <br />2:djg-c 10/28/83R <br />SWC:djg-c 11/02/83R <br /> <br />(a) The demand of public for additional taxicab <br />service. <br /> <br />(b) The adequacy of the existing taxicab service. <br /> <br />(c) The financial responsibility and experience of <br />the applicant. <br /> <br />(d) The number, make and type of the equipment and <br />the color scheme to be used. <br /> <br />(e) The effect which additional taxicab service may <br />have on traffic congestion and parking and <br />whether it will result in a greater hazard to <br />the public. <br /> <br />(f) The ability of the applicant to comply within <br />the operating requirements of Chapter 33 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. This Council having determined that the applicant, Twyla <br /> <br />D. Bonham, has fully complied with all necessary requirements of <br /> <br />Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, hereby grants <br /> <br />a Certificate of Public Convenience to the aforesaid Twyla D. <br /> <br />Bonham. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue to Twyla <br /> <br />D.
