<br />rGM:rb <br />;M: rb <br /> <br />7/07/83 <br />10/20/83R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9464 <br /> <br />OCT 24 1983 <br /> <br />OP!~!M!lL <br />.i'\.:lliU1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COST RECOVERY PROGRAM FOR <br />MISCELLANEOUS PLAN REVIEW FIRE SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department provides plan review services <br /> <br />for the following types of construction: <br /> <br />(a) Fire alarm/early warning systems. <br /> <br />(b) Fire sprinkler systems. <br /> <br />(c) Dry chemical systems. <br /> <br />(d) Liquid petroleum gas tanks. <br /> <br />(e) Fuel tanks. <br /> <br />(f) Halon extinguisher systems. <br /> <br />(g) Fixed anesthetic/medical gas systems. <br /> <br />(h) On site hydrant and fire service lines. <br /> <br />(i) Wet and dry standpipe systems. <br />(j) Spray booths. <br /> <br />and for fire flow testing in connection therewith; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department has determined the cost of <br /> <br />providing such plan review services for the abovementioned types <br /> <br />of construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department has prepared a fee schedule <br /> <br />which will permit it to recover the cost of providing such plan <br /> <br />review services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />9464 <br />
