ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13208 9/22_./97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE WOODSIDE FIRE <br /> PROTECTION DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> FOR FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES (PARAMEDIC <br /> COORDINATOR) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Fire Protection <br />Services (Paramedic Coordinator) (the "Agreement") between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and the <br />Woodside Fire Protection District, a fire protection district in the County of San <br />Mateo, organized pursuant to Section 13801 of the Health and Safety Code, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City: <br /> <br /> F:~shared\Redwood~Cou ncil\ 1 <br /> Reso-221 <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 06/10/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
