The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of Redwood City General Improve- <br /> <br />ment District NO. 1-64 that certain agreement entitled <br /> <br /> <br />"Agreement" (form dated 9/20/83) by and between the Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />General Improvement District established pursuant to Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1128 of the City of Redwood City, as amended, and Detrick <br /> <br /> <br />Corporation for the performance of said work in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the abovementioned bid of Detrick <br /> <br /> <br />Corporation is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
