<br />SWC:djg-c 9/21/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9448 <br /> <br />SEP 2; ti 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO RELATING TO <br />PROCESSING OF PARKING CITATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement whereby the County of San Mateo will process and collect <br /> <br />fines for parking citations issued by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to approve and <br /> <br />authorize execution of said agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That agreement, entitled "Agreement Between the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo and the City of Redwood City" relating to the processing of <br /> <br />parking citations, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />^A/j~/ <br />~! q, iI, 0 <br />,v ..-r... -'.. <br />
