ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13207 9/22/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES FOR A COMMUNICATION UPGRADE FEASIBILITY <br /> STUDY - SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION <br /> (SCADA) SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (TIMBERLINE ENGINEERING, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a communication upgrade <br />feasibility study for the replacement of the supervisory control and data <br />acquisition ("SCADA") system in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS. in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ Timberline Engineering, Inc. of Albuquerque, New Mexico, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Engineering <br /> <br />Services - CommL~nication Upgrade Feasibility Study for the Supervisory Control <br />and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System" (form dated 09/11/97), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />Timberline Engineering, Inc., for the performance of the above-mentioned <br /> <br />Reso-302 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />09/11/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
