MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />March 26, 2007 <br />MO. 07-047 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: March 27, 2007 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Planning Department <br />SUBJECT: Downtown Precise Plan <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7A (601) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 26, 2007. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br />Absent: None <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br />M/S Foust/Ira to introduce an Ordinance to rezone the Downtown Precise Plan <br />Area from numerous retail and mixed use residential zoning designations to "P" <br />(Planned Community) District and make associated findings that this rezoning <br />action is in the public interest. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE <br />REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE REDWOOD CITY DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN AREA, AS <br />FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM THE EXISTING ZONING <br />DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />~.' <br />...~ . <br />Patricia S.
