Water Supply Assessment for the proposed Peninsula Park Project Public Works Superintendent Rosas explained the Government Code and that the report responds to the answer of whether there is sufficient water to meet the projected demands of the project in addition to the existing customers and any other project mentioned in the Urban water Management Plan. PWS Superintendent Rosas responded to questions and request for clarification on various processes and the Urban Water Management Plan. Recommendation: M/S Foust/Aguirre to approve the Water Supply Assessment for the proposed Peninsula Park Project pursuant to State of California Water Code § 10910(g)(1).
