agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid services provided by City <br />within ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br /> (b) Before the release of the agreement to Owner by City, Owner shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the above-described <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> (c) Before the release of the Agreement to Owner by City, Owner shall file <br />with the City Clerk a faithful performance bond (or deposit) and a payment bond <br />(or deposit) in the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000) <br />each. <br /> <br /> 2. Before the acceptance of the Improvements by City, Owner shall <br />undertake to guarantee and file with the City Clerk a maintenance bond (or in the' <br />sum of deposit) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) to secure the maintenance of <br />work which is not subject to City Refund Engineering Standards and a <br />maintenance bond (or deposit) in the sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Seven <br />Hundred Seventy ($37,770) for work which is subject to City Refund Engineering <br />Standards and Off-site Public Improvements). <br /> <br /> 3. Before the acceptance of the Improvements by City, Owner shall <br /> dedicate by Grant Deed acceptable to the City Attorney's office, easements in; <br /> on, under and above the water line, service line, and meters. <br /> <br /> 4.
