ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13203 9/22/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL GEOTECHNICAL <br /> SERVICES - JEFFERSON AVENUE AND MADISON AVENUE <br /> SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (EARTH INVESTIGATIONS CONSULTANTS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement of old and <br />deteriorated sewer pipes for the Jefferson Avenue and Madison Avenue sewer <br />mains in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />geotechnical materials testing and field observation services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Earth Investigations Consultants of Brisbane, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Geotechnical <br /> <br />Services - Jefferson Avenue and Madison Avenue Sewer Main Replacement <br />Project" (form dated 09/10/97), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Earth Investigations <br />Consultants, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br /> <br /> Reso-300 1 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F :lSharedlRedwoodlCounci <br /> 09/10/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
