o R I (; I t~ ~. ~, 9/8/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13198 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP <br /> NO. 97-4; SUMMARILY VACATING EASEMENT SHOWN <br /> THEREON FOR ACCESS PURPOSE, ACCEPTING RELOCATED <br /> EASEMENT FOR SUCH PURPOSE; DIRECTING THE CITY <br /> CLERK TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR ACCESS AND <br /> TO DELIVER QUITCLAIM DEED FOR VACATED EASEMENT; <br /> AND TO FILE SAID MAP FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as "Parcel Map No. 97-4," dated <br />August 1997, prepared by Mission Engineers, Inc., Civil Engineers and Land <br />Surveyors for the Brugger Corporation, a California corporation, the owner of <br />record of the real property described by said Parcel Map, which provides for a <br />merger of Parcels A, B, and C, as said parcels are shown on the map entitled <br />"Parcel Map No. 71-8," filed in the office of the of the County Recorder of San <br />Mateo County on July 2, 1971, in Volume 13 of Parcel Maps at page 8, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The area shown on said Parcel Map as "Access Easement to be <br /> Dedicated by this Map" is hereby accepted for such easement use and the area <br /> <br />shown thereon as "Access Easement .... To be Abandoned by this Map" is <br /> <br /> hereby summarily vacated for such use pursuant to the provisions of Streets and <br /> Highways Code Section 8330(a). <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the map <br /> approved hereby for recordation with the County Recorder, County of San <br /> Mateo, California, and to accept a deed of easement (in form approved by the <br /> <br /> <br />
