O R I O I N A L 9/8/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13195 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAFFIC <br /> CONGESTION MITIGATION ADVISORY SERVICES <br /> <br /> (STONYBROOK ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City requires professional traffic congestion mitigation <br />and related community support advisory services for City's proposed Redwood <br />Shores Traffic Improvement District (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Stonybrook Associates, Inc. of Los Gatos, California <br />represents that it possesses the experience and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Traffic <br />Congestion Mitigation Advisory Services" (form dated 09/02/97), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Stonybrook Associates Inc., for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> Reso-289 1 <br /> G:~shared\redwood\council <br /> DES:mge <br /> 09~02~97 <br /> <br /> <br />
