<br />SWC:rb 9/07/83 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforementioned Twin Dolphin water line was <br /> <br /> <br />included among those improvement projects originally proposed to <br /> <br />be built by district and funded by Series "E" Bonds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has now been determined that sufficient Series <br /> <br /> <br />"E" Bond funds may exist to repay RSI for construction of said <br /> <br /> <br />facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement to formalize the City and District's intent to reimburse <br /> <br />RSI out of Series "E" Bond funds which may be available after the <br /> <br /> <br />completion of and payment for all Series "E" Facilities Projects; <br /> <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to approve and <br />authorize execution of said agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR <br />ITSELF AND ON BEHALF OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, General Improvement District No. 1-64, and Redwood Shores, <br />Inc. (form dated 8/23/83R) is hereby approved; and the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City; and the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
