<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />NO. 9420 <br /> <br />AUG 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION <br />FOR PROMOTIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Peninsula Celebration Association is an organization <br /> <br />that provides promotional services to public entities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has determined that community <br /> <br />promotion is vital to the present and future well-being of all segments of <br /> <br />the public of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to enter into an agreement with <br /> <br />the Peninsula Celebration Association by which certain promotional activities <br /> <br />will be undertaken by the Association in consideration of the payment of the <br /> <br />sum of Two Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($2,000.00) to Association; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and the Peninsula Celebration Association, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />r ,. -::l <br />In')', . \ i ':-) l ~ ...,.." <br />. \l . :, .' ,_,_ .'.,) I,j FORM: <br /> <br />i f/u-I'~. .
