The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> <br />agreement with Redwood Supply & Trucking for the furnishing of the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned materials in accordance with, and subject to, the <br /> <br />terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications and in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 <br /> <br /> <br />hereof are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the abovementioned materials, other than the <br /> <br />bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5.
