Inc. for the <br /> <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />plans and specifications, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made <br /> <br /> <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Palo Alto <br /> <br /> <br />Landscaping Co. Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5.
